I can completely understand the other reviews that said they didn't want to leave this place to go anywhere. This house is an oasis, and we didn't want to go anywhere else. My wife and I stayed 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Everything about the stay was perfect. Amazing house, stunning location and views. Close to shopping, restaurants, the marina, and State street, but when you are back at this house you feel completely removed from the world. So peaceful and quiet. It was everything we were hoping for. I can't imagine coming to Santa Barbara and not staying here.

The photos don’t do this house justice. The view is SPECTACULAR. There’s a very peaceful energy here. The house is well appointed with everything you could ever need. We cancelled every reservation and cooked at home every night to soak up the view.truly a special place, and we will most certainly be coming back!

The home quickly became more than just a place to stay for us. It turned into a sanctuary where my siblings, my mom, and I could gather to remember my dad who recently passed awy. The serene surroundings and calming ambiance were just what we needed. The nature outside, the comforts within—every aspect of the home contributed to making a difficult week more bearable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home!! First of all the location and views were incredible! Also the home is extremely clean and cozy. This was great for our family since we brought our newborn on the trip. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager during our stay. I will definitely return with my family.

We are from the east coast and spent this past Christmas holiday here. This was such a wonderful spot, none of us wanted our holiday to end! The house was casual but perfectly appointed. The location was perfect and enabled us to enjoy all of Santa Barbara. The best however was the magnificent views and outside space. Honestly we loved many of the views around the area, but none were as special as our back yard while we were here! Our host was easy to connect with and so responsive, as was the property manager. If the measure of a Vrbo is that you want to live there, then we all agree we wish we could. A wonderful spot!

This was the ideal home for our annual visit time Santa Barbara with our extended family. The home is beautifully and elegantly furnished. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The view is so mesmerizing that we cancelled our dinner reservations and cooked at home every night. There is a great inventory of good condition beach and outdoor equipment to use. The location is super convenient. Alex was easy to communicate with (although there was very little communication because everything was perfect). We highly recommend this home - and we will hope to return.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location is stunning: a greater than 180 degree sweeping view, high on the mesa overlooking the Pacific. We could hear the waves at night. The neighborhood we perfect for running, biking, and the beach is just a short walk away. The house is recently remodeled, the vibe is "luxury beach cottage" and the outdoor spaces are magnificent. We enjoyed making smores in the firepit, exploring Santa Barbara, and walking to the nearby coffeehouse. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
